I enjoyed the presentation YY Lee gave at the Marketing and Search SIGs joint meeting last week at LinkedIn. For a description of the presentation, see my article on the event. What struck me was how much I had taken for granted that using Google and keywords was the only way to search the web. It is great to see innovation in the field of search.

The presentation touched on themes discussed a couple of weeks ago at the SDForum Semantic Web SIG, which also dealt with the problem of finding semantic meaning in networks. (See my prior blog post.)
